Installation of almost $4000 gate was delayed by 2 months with no explanation offered. The gate eventually installed and the doors rubbed on each other within several weeks.
The gate required fixing 4 times in the first year since installation. Each time, the company has had no record of what the problem was, so, the same problem appears to keep recurring. The company promises to come and fix the gate on certain days, they don't come & don't call.
