Ironic that this company should be called Star Electrical. Take the time to read the reviews. My building manager and I were referred to the company / individual as being highly competent. After the initial phone call and assurances that he would quote the job and get back to us ASAP we have not been able contact the employee. After many unanswered phone calls and messages left over months I visited the office to try and progress the situation. I was assured that the individual would contact me which of course he didn’t. Having read the reviews I am glad that I have the opportunity to move onto a reliable business without becoming involved with them.

Worst company to deal with, very rude staff.
Save yourself the trouble and don’t deal with them.

This company did all the electrical wiring and installation of fittings for two houses I built last year. Their customer service was almost non-existent (calls/emails not returned, or returned after a number of attempts; design of electrical systems for houses was a lengthy process and uphill work; timeliness was poor; staff were downright rude at times .... and the electrical work was ... who knows? Had to get them back to put covers over switches, put switches in a logical order, check powerpoint that sparked. But how would I know the quality of the wiring work.
