I've been a member for almost 2 years and I still love going. Like all gyms there are the 'junkies' who pump weights in front of the mirror, but most people are normal or like me slightly bigger than normal! The staff are great, I never fell self conscious asking questions with machines etc, and they have a great range of classes.

The only downside is parking can be hard around 5pm weeknights.

This is a great gym, the staff really care about you and your health and make an effort to remember your name and where you are trying to go in terms of fitness. The classes are at convenient times, and you are able to get into the classes whenever you want.

I am SO loving my new gym. (Corny...) I feel like I belong to a family who all care about my health. Staff and instructors who know me, cheeky banter mixed with inspirational and butt kicking motivation. Facilities are new, clean, modern - even a hair dryer in the ladies change room! Best move I have made for my health in a long time.
