Robin is the most informative, supportive and committed audiologist I have ever been to. He has the most advanced equipment and computer oriented technology to assess hearing loss and is highly informed about a whole range of products from which to select for individual hearing loss. He must have years of experience which belie his youthful look! I have had 4 different hearing aids in my life. Robin provided the most detailed assessment and the best quality I could afford at a price no one could match. (3 yr. warranty, 18 months free consultation). Also offered me Work Care review at no cost!

Robin looked after my Aunty who had hearing issues since she was a young child. SHe never admitted she needed hearing assistance. Luckily my aunt was visiting us from overseas and Robin had an appointment available (recommended by a friend) to see her. Although there was a language barrier my Aunty felt very comfortable and looked after by Robin. In the end Robin fitted my aunt with a modern hearing aide that was almost invisible and my Aunty walked away being able to hear simple things like click of a mouse, and tweeting of the birds. She was so happy with Robin's delicate treatment of a condition she's learnt to live with for more than 40 years. Robin is indeed a caring, empathetic professional who really knows his clients and his products. Even though she lives in another country my aunt intends to visit Robin for all her hearing needs!

Robin's friendly welcome & handshake made me feel quite relaxed. Before each step of the testing he explained what was about to happen & what to expect. I was treated with courtesy & patience throughout - 3 days later, with hearing aids fitted, I can hear!! (TV down from 60 to 20 & so many squeaky floorboards in my old house).

Robin Tu, has been very helpful and is the best Audiologist! and understanding. Live music sounds good, I can hear the clock at home, playing the didj I forgot I had them in, hear the rain start recorded music (CDs) sounds good, hear the postie, the fan in the oven, the fridge etc, very happy. When I take the aids out at night "I know how deaf I am". Mixing with people is very good and easy. Thank you, Robin!

Robin from Stay Tuned Hearing was recommended to mum and I by one of her friends. What a fantastic recommendation! Mum's hearing has improved considerably since Robin has been her audiologist. The hearing aids he suggested have enabled her to participate in conversations without requiring others to repeat themselves or speak loudly. She speaks in a more natural way due and doesn't need to raise her voice. Robin has a caring and polite approach with elderly people. He is extremely professional and has made a wonderful difference to mum's day to day communication.
