Many thanks for your patience & expertise in treating Frank's hearing problem. I appreciate the efficiency of your report and was pleased that you were successful in convincing Frank that he must wear his hearing aids at best 5 hours/day, every day of the year. He indeed has been very stubborn in the past, but I think you've made him realize that in order to maintain his limited hearing he has to take your good advice.
