Nobody gives better service than Robin Tu. He is the complete professional. The best in the hearing aid business and nothing is too much trouble for him. He is always there to help.

Many thanks for your patience & expertise in treating Frank's hearing problem. I appreciate the efficiency of your report and was pleased that you were successful in convincing Frank that he must wear his hearing aids at best 5 hours/day, every day of the year. He indeed has been very stubborn in the past, but I think you've made him realize that in order to maintain his limited hearing he has to take your good advice.
