Great, i really enjoyed it here. The gym is very clean, spacious, they are very knowledgable about fitness and what it takes to lose weight and scupt/tone.

I really like the place. My friend brought me here for some fitness goals we were talking about. She's been here for a couple of times. I enjoyed the cardiomax. It's fun to do it with people around you. Nice place and program and the trainers nice.

I would highly recommend Step into Life Hawthorn at St James Park. Joel is a wonderful trainer and accommodates all fitness levels. I have had a bad trot with health over the past couple of years but Joel has always made the fitness sessions work for me. I love training outdoors and the small group personal training. It is the only thing I've ever been able to stick to. I have never stuck with gym memberships. Also there is something great about training outdoors. I go to the 6am sessions and these work well for me. I just commit to going and let the trainer and the group do the rest. There is no better feeling than getting home knowing my exercise is done for the day. I just can't recommend this highly enough for all fitness levels but I am at the low end and somehow it all works out. The trainer is great, the venue is great, the small group is friendly and motivating, and the variety and time of sessions is perfect.

A great way to exercise and enjoy the outdoors, in the past I used a regular Gym, now I love training in beautiful St James park. Joel is very supportive and encouraging, feeling the fittest I have in years!

I love the concept of Step Into Life.
Classes are made for everyone for each level.
Training sessions are always different and various.
The trainer Joel is competent and nice. He cares, pushes you and gives you tips according to your capabilities, needs and target. You get the benefits of being in a group class (team work, group effort, motivation, challenge...) but in the meantime, you get the advantage of having a trainer that follows you up individually. Training outside is so much more enjoyable than indoor and it's the first time that I stick to a gym class. I've been going for a year now and I love it!!!

I really enjoy my weekly boxing sessions. It's great to be exercising out in the fresh air! Joel is very supportive and pushes me to do my best.

I sign up for gyms but never go but Step into Life works for me. The trainers, sessions and other participants are fantastic. I love early morning sessions at St James park...a great venue. The trainers really care and contact me if I miss a session. The business is professionally run with regular fitness reports. I highly recommend Step into Life Hawthorn.

A great way to exercise outside! The trainers cater for all types of fitness levels and can change a program to suit the individual. They are also very flexible for people who work shift work

A fantastic alternative to the gym with lots of variety, enthusiastic and encouraging trainers and enjoy getting fit in the fresh air.
I have been carrying an injury this year and the trainers have been great in working my sessions around it and are really flexible with shift workers like myself.

Love training outdoors with the group. Lots of variety in the sessions and different levels of fitness catered for. Our trainer is enthusiastic and well-organised.

A great way to commit to exercise and feel so much better for it. Catch up with friends at the same time. Instructors make you work hard but care about you as an individual too.
