This personal training session is done in a group. The instructor Steven was awesome. He was able to train each of us at our own pace. He didn't push me being new and he was able to push those that wanted to and had been coming for a while. It was a great workout even though i didn't feel at the time i was really working hard..i sure felt it the next day lol and loved that feeling. it was like going back to high school in that he made it such fun using balls and stretchy latex. It wasn't a group of lycra beautys either, i was very comfortable with training with normal people. First session was FREE for everyone! [email protected]
