Not only have i gone from doing no exercise to now attending regular sessions each week , but ive participated in events and fun runs that i would never have thought possible! Ive gained back my self worth, the respect of others, and made a beautiful new group of friends. Sessions are great, with lots of laughs. C'mon, give it a go ...if i can do it ....so can you!

Step into life Torquay is great way I get fit and train outdoors. Rose is amazing and caters for all levels and ages. The groups support is great and keeps you motivated. Making new friends is another bonus!

I've always kept in good shape, but now I'm approaching 40 and have never been fitter - I've gone from someone who hates running to looking forward to the next one! Rose has kept me motivated and improving for four years, love the outdoor training, running along the beach seeing the sunrise and sunset. Here's to a half marathon!

Step Into Life Torquay, especially Rose is awesome! Only Rose could get me out of bed at 6am to run in the rain. The sessions are always different and my fitness has improved HUGELY in the two years I have been a member. And I get to do all this with great people, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Step into life Torquay is run by the amazing Rose. She gets that everyone has different fitness levels and works to ensure all needs are met. It's fun way to exercise and the benefits are more than just about fitness, you make good friends along the way. It is group training, so the added motivation to keep going. It can be as much or as little as you need. Rose has an amazing ability to make her classes suit everyone. If your thinking of how to exercise or just get outdoors and live aroun Torquay give Rose a call. In terms of cost it's no more expensive than a movie ticket and you benefit. I certainly was hesitant at first but quickly that changed and I am enjoying the results thanks to Rose.

I have never felt as fit and strong and had so much fun doing it. Since joining this outdoor exercise group with Rose at the helm, I have managed to gain fitness, push through my mental barriers and increase my stamina. Although we exercise together, Rose is devoting all her attention and care to each individual ensuring they are working out to their maximum and gaining the most from their sessions. Rose bursts with enthusiasm and makes every sweaty workout a joy.
