I recently had a diamond pendant made for my daughter using the diamond from her grandmother's engagement ring. I also had a dress ring with a missing diamond repaired.. The sales lady was so helpful and offered a lot of different suggestions at a range of costs. It was wonderful to experience 'good old fashion customer service'. The pieces were beautifully boxed when we collected them and radiated exquisite craftsmanship when viewed. I would happily recommend this family owned store 100% for quality, service and value.

We were looking for an engagement ring and almost bought one from here straight away. Their staff were so lovely and helpful, and not rude and pretentious like so many of the other places we went to. After much shopping around we ended up back here to make the final purchase.
