Professional and caring with down to earth common sense thrown in . I Ve gone to other vets where they seem to be more concerned with pushing extra s like seniors health checks , teeth scaling , vaccinations on my elderly dog , etc and then make you feel like a neglectful pet owner if you don't! I feel supported at the Subiaco vets by the professional and caring team there. I would not go anywhere else.

I took my sick chicken to the vet here as I'd taken her to several others without success.
I appreciate chickens are not commonly taken to the vet but I was keen to find out the cause of the on-going problem, which might affect the other chickens.
The other vets charged their standard fee - which I would expect to pay, although I had the impression there was a lot of guess work going on - plus the extra cost for various ineffective potions.
The vet at Subiaco Vet Hospital spent at least 20 minutes examining the chicken and giving me an opinion, but explained that only a poultry vet could make an accurate diagnosis. She gave me the name of one and refused to charge anything for the consultation. She and the reception staff were professional and very friendly. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

A bunch of fantastic vets and lovely staff. Very knowledgable, compassionate and friendly. Even though they're always busy you never feel rushed - they have all the time in the world to make your baby better and explain to you what's wrong. They're open long hours (weekends and evenings) and keep costs down where they can. Very knowledgeable about rats too.

My cat was having medical problems from 6 weeks old. We took him to 3 different vets, and none of them could tell us what was wrong - then I went to Subiaco Vetinary Hospital. The vet there diagnosed him straight away, and also took time to explain the treatment and care he would require. He was so attentive, knowledgable and caring - even though we lived 30 mins from Subiaco we continued to use this vet for the next 2 years. Fantastic team there, really appreciate their efforts!
