Had a really bad experience.They didn't prepare my documents on time due to
which NAB couldn't process the settlement on the due date. Because of that
builder charged me with the default interest for about a week delay. Later
on when I ask them to pay for it, they blame on NAB, and didn't take any
responsibility.
