Write a reviewI had these people booked in for solar panels to be cleaned and serviced. A few days before i called to get confirmation they were right to go. When called it says press 1 for sales 2 for service etc. I pressed 1.....a message saying that ive called at a busy time etc.
I tried all the other numbered options and got the same message.
I have over the past week or so called 16 times at all different hours and I still get the same message. When is the best time to call? I ask myself. My gut feeling was they werent going to turn up at the arranged time....and of course my feeling was right....no one showed.
