I used their online battery specification tool which correctly identified my vehicle from my registration. I ordered the battery online and picked it up from the Waurn Ponds store. When I went to fit the battery I immediately identified significantly different dimensions. I called them and the salesperson double checked and said their system was indeed suggesting the battery I purchased for my vehicle. He said I wouldn't be having any issues if I had got them to fit the battery. He said (and his manager corroborated) that SuperCheapAuto will not honour any of my consumer rights to remedy during covid lockdown. According to ACCC no business can refuse to honour the legal right to remedy due to health concerns arising from the pandemic. I advised them of this and said I would make a complaint. The staff member said "all the more power to you".
