BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THESE GUYS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN BUSINESS
My son bought his first house and the shower screen needed replacing. Got a guy to come and inspect and quote.They fitted a new screen and cracked several tiles out of the shower to leave the shower unuseable.After consistently calling to get the job rectified the original guy came to look at the finished job and agreed it was definately cause by the install.
After calling the boss several times because he never rings back the bosses exact words were bad luck.
So now to repair their mistake the shower needs replacing at a cost of $3000.

I have now 3 orders completed with Supreme Shower Screens.
First 2 fantastic experience from the beginning to the end:
1. Framed sliding shower doors. Job completed in 4 days ! When they called that they are coming to install It I was pretty sure this was a mistake. But it wasn't - they really completed the order in 4 days.
2. Two sets of double wardrobe doors. Job completed within a week.

The third one was not that great. It was semi-frameless shower screen. Their policy statement says it should be completed within 2 weeks/10 working days. Kerry said the same. After 2 weeks I called to follow up on my order. Was told they will come in 2 days, but they didn't. I called again and they apologised that they don't have installers in the area. Finally they completed the job within 3 weeks.

In all cases the measuring process went smoothly. Kerry was the person doing the measurement all 3 times. Honestly very professional and friendly.
The installers were also great : 3 different installers for 3 different jobs.
So what went wrong the third time : I think that the scheduler - the person who organises and schedules jobs. And my expectation. Because they have done such a fantastic job twice I expected the same the third time.
What should have happened. Someone should have given me a call at the end of two weeks and explain the situation - in other words manage the expectation.

I still would have given them 4.5 stars but there are no halves.

Shane installed a new shower screen for our home. Punctual, professional, very good tradeperson, honest, reliable and excellent work. His work lasted for ever, used top materials and the presentation was exquisite.
