Place to go if you like fresh quality sashimi. Gets very busy so best to book at peak times. I normally go there for sushi also. Tried the sukiyaki once, and was a bit too salty for my taste.

Definitely one of the best Japanese's in Neutral Bay.
Always fresh food and very friendly staff. Sometimes gets a bit noisy but that has truthfully never stopped me from coming back

This is my favourite Japanese restaurant in Sydney - very good value for money, they have the best sushi for the price range, sushi rice always warm no matter what time you go (i.e. authentic!) and really fresh ingredients used all the time. Kisu no kobujime is the best you can eat in Sydney so this is a must!! Highly recommended :)

A little bit expensive, but worth it. Really fresh fish and great Japanese food overall. This place was recently refurbished and I think they changed hands, It really is a great Sushi place.

I've been here a few times now and highly recommend Sushi Studio. The value for money is outstanding and the food is fresh and delicious. The sushi and sashimi is especially good. Very good in fact. It's what you go there for. The sukiyaki and other dishes like grilled squid, unagi and tempura are also worth trying.
The staff were lovely and friendly.
