Staff during the week seem busy, I always like the type of customer service that's puts the customer first, even if by acknowledgement only as they're busy, but they made my husband and I feel like we were interrupting them then on our third visit which happened on the weekend, the staff sad no we can't give you change for our lockers... I'm like the week day staff asked and then they did, you are getting the money for your locker... She didn't help at all and neither did the lady beside her. Our wedges from the aquabiyes cafe there were cold and previously during the week, they were perfect. I do not recommend this Centre for its customer service at front desk and feel that management need to look at offering more service and less nonsense, fix the locker system to be prepaid or give change every time not when you feel like it. Management seemed to make the front desk staff nervous so maybe management need to manage better and work on their own internal customer service and then the external customer service may be better. Why would you not want to take peoples money. Not recommended if you need a locker. If so don't ask just take a coin yourself.

Sutherland Leisure Centre covers all areas when it comes to health, exercise and fun. The centre has two outdoor lap pools, an indoor lap pool and an area for aqua aerobics and a very large children's play pool. When you go on a weekend to swim laps, you may be put off by the amount of children running around, however there is usually a lane in the indoor or outdoor pool with no more than two people in it at its busiest time. The centre also has a small gym with all your basic machines, a large weights room and several group  fitness rooms. There is a nice cafe (that actually has excellent coffee) where mostly seniors and mums groups meet for coffee after their aqua aerobics. A very nice outdoor grassy patch to chillax in the sun after a workout, and generally lots of space to spread out. The food in the cafe is far from healthy, with chips, lollies, pies and sausage rolls. Prices are reasonable, you can swim on a casual basis or buy a swim card. They offer lots of different types of memberships available.

This centre has lots of parking spots, is near the train station, the pool is generally clean and the grass area is lovely. Staff at the front desk and the swimming coaches are always very friendly and patiently give us all information we need. The cost of swimming lessons or casual sessions is very reasonable as it includes the hot shower !. Long-term Gym membership is great value. However, the food items at the canteen are outrageously expensive.

Approximate cost: $~$6.30 adult admission, ~$19.5 casual class, $33 for a month of stroke correction, $21/month gym mem

This is a great swimming pool and facility. We attend weekly swimming lessons here for the kids and the instructor is fantastic. Recommended. The indoor pool is perfect for the kids.

Come here with my mum at least once a month and you have a heated pool 22m (about 3 lanes) an outdoor pool 50m. For an additional cost you get gym - pretty big, sauna and other stuff I can't review as I don't use them like cardio classes.

Your pretty much get what you expect and pay for. Highly recommend buying the ten visit card if you know you are going to go a few times, heaps cheaper. Yeah there is a life guard etc and adequate supervision.

My only gripe is that though there is two walking lanes and a massive side pool for the walkers. There are always walkers in the swimming lanes (I am not talking about slow swimmers which I am at times). Depending on the life guard on duty - they sometimes get moved - however when I personally ask them to move, they conveniently "don't speak English"

Approximate cost: $4.60

We have been to quite a few pools in Sydney, trying to find a place that is clean with plenty of room. After a few bad experiences, we went to Sutherland Leisure Centre, and was suprised by the cleanliness and friendly staff! Great cute little canteen aswell, and fun kids facilities too!

The indoor play centre for the kids is quite impressive - relatively shallow pools, various water activity centres and statues, a small babies pool with waterfall, and lots of seating from which to observe!
