0/10. Awful service, I will not be bringing my car to Sutton’s City ever again. Here are my reasons why:

1. After taking my car into Zetland for my annual service I was charged $419 for the '70km service or 60 month' service with only 54km on my car and was offered no alternative or cheaper price due to low mileage.

2. I'm a young 23 year old girl and their mechanics tried to get me to pay more than I needed to. I had a phone call saying I needed new front brakes after only have them replaced 11 months prior and after challenging this and getting my Dad to call the salesman. Dad spoke to [name redacted] and he said ‘yeah these Mitsubishi chew through brake pads’. 1. Who creates a car that ‘chews through brake pads’ and 2. The pads before my replacement in 2018 lasted 4 years.. [name redacted] then called me back an hour later informing me that I don't need them replaced solidifying my original thoughts. Absolutely appalling.

3. I was also informed I need new wipers which were replaced during my pink slip a week prior to my appointment at Suttons by my local mechanic while I was present waiting for the car.

4. I was then told I need my rear brakes replaced as they were metal on metal and one of my cylinders was leaking, after taking it to my local mechanic he has informed me they are not metal on metal and that I could safely drive the car for a couple more weeks until he got the parts in. He also quoted me $500 whereas you quoted me $704!!! How can he be $200 cheaper. You are a rip off and fraudulent.

Firstly, attempting to get me to replace parts with you that didn't need replacing and secondly, saying that the cars issues are worse than they are so that I would decide to fix them with you!

You will never get my service nor my family and friends ever again.

I brought my car from Suttons which was great , service center is friendly but every time I go there I get nails in my tyres and they charge me for this watch out
