I was looking for something different to get fit, that was fun and unique, and a friend suggested this. At first I was a bit dubious and undecided, especially as like most females, I am conscious, but I must say if your looking for something different that's fun and innovative and different then this is it.
If you have no experience in pole dancing then the beginner course is great - it is a short course held over four weeks, for an hour a week. It is basic and suited well for the beginner level. The classes aren't huge in size and the instructors are friendly and thorough and more than willing to help.

I've been a student for four terms now, and I am happy to say I plan to stay a while. It is great fitness, there are many different classes you can take to work on your weak areas in pole. You don't get bored, it is always interesting, fun, and the only way is up- you just get stronger, more flexible, and pick up new skills. The teachers are all motivating, and the atmosphere is energetic and comfortable.

This was a great experience. i did the beginners class and even though i had no experience with a pole and my dance skills were quite minimal i had loads of fun and learnt some new moves. The classes are for women only and it is all very comfortable.

It's Suzie Q pole dancing studio so it has to be good! She is such a great pole dancer and teacher! The down side is that the poles are spinning so you can get a bit seasick but they are in the process of changing them!
