As an Owner Builder we wanted to ensure that our plumbing and gas were installed properly and by an experienced plumber. We were fortunate enough to meet Jason, who worked with us to ensure that everything was properly planned and installed whilst minimising the impact to our budget. This included all water, gas and sewage services internal and external to the house, as well as internal fixtures. We definitely recommend Jason, especially to owner-builders wanting a flexible Master Plumber.

I needed a plumber to repair a leaking pipe, on a public holiday, but due to an honest mistake on my part, had the work done by someone else, when Swan Plumbing & Gas arrived. They should have been very irritated, but were very understanding. He had arrived on time, looked very professional, and were I to want any plumbing work done, would recommend them on their appearance, quote, and professionalism.

We had Jason come in and connect our new freestanding gas oven and also some drainage in our new laundry. He's a great guy who jumps right in and gets the job done. He's very professional and thorough.
Highly recommend his services and would have no hesitation in using him anytime in the future.

Had a gas stove taken out and a new one put in, Jason was efficient, professional, Marnie made the booking and Jason was on time, had the right gear for the job, quote was given over the phone and stuck to, really good to see in a tradie this day and age. Was given a discount off the call out fee as I am with the emergency services, will be recommending to my friends and colleagues.

Jason from Swan Plumbing firstly accepted to do the complex & involved work that other plumbers either refused to do outright or charged way over (double) the going rate. Jason the plumber offered alternative solutions that I'd not thought of. He was polite & professional. He was courteous when dealing with my wife (rare in the tradies world) & was flexible in working hours to suit us, not him. He was supported by an attentive family member/partner who managed the scope of work & timings. Both are hardworking & thorough completing the work in less time than we expected. (Again, a refreshing change from other tradies).
We felt as though the whole experience could not have been better. He even did the tiling. Indeed we will ask the Jason from Swan Plumbing to return in the new year for phase 2 of the works.

A couple of months ago while undertaking a renovation, Jason from Swan Plumbing & Gas was recommended to me as an excellent plumber.
He completed a lot of work for us including full supply, replacement and fitting of new equipment in all bathrooms, kitchen, and outside hot water system after a complete renovation of all plumbing and gas. He was always on time, and did an excellent job for us. He was always available when we needed extra supplies or more work to be done, and we absolutely recommend Jason to anybody who is looking for a skilled, reliable and efficient worker.

Hello All. I have recently have had a total bathroom renovation done. I hired the team from A1 again to do the tiling, read my review on them. The plumber showed amazing skills whilst working in such a small room, fitting a bathroom package that was not really designed for a brick house. Jason definitely went above and beyond and I fully recommend him to anyone. His price was kept at a minimum and he stuck to his original quote. He went into our 2nd bathroom and fixed up our spa for free, also installed a mirror cabinet onto the wall, went outside and with the leftover putty he patched under the eaves where old work had left holes. The list goes on and on. He fixed up the sealant around our kitchen edge too. He offered a free quote and he displayed professionalism at all times. Well done Jason.
