As we should expect when it comes to our veterinary practices, staff are kind, professional and happy to take the time out to help explain any concerns you may have. However we have major concerns with their business practice in general having had tests conducted on our puppy without our prior consent, and in our absence. During our most recent consult, there was absolutely no discussion on what tests might have needed to be done with our puppy nor was there any moment we were asked if it was ok to proceed with any tests. Having the vet himself tell us our puppy had a predisposition to allergies, then to proceed with testing of any sort without the owners permission is absolutely unecceptable. This was not the first time communication failed with it resulting in a profit for the business. We had signed up to the 'best of pet' membership and have been very disappointed with the general strategies used in order to achieve further profits such as conducting unapproved tests on our puppy without permission nor clarity on costs. Reassuring us that you will take care of our pets and do what's best is necessary, it's not a strategy to implement in order to make profit off vunerability. You must ask permission of owners, be transparent and informative and offer absolute clarity on costs associated with consults or professional services. As you have failed to perform those duties, we will look elsewhere for our services.

Very good vet, the people are very nice and services are wonderful. The staff always welcomed me with a smile and are very cheerful, it made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely bring my rabbit there again.

We had a great time meeting the staff and having a tour of the brand new Swan Street Vet! Very swish place and very lovely people. We have found a new vet for our babies!! Thanks guys!
