Eric was no fuss and very professional in his service. He diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. He was quick and clean with the repair and had the right equipment to fix my leaky hot water pipe. Eric attended my Unit when he said he would and Swan's Professional Plumbing keep you informed of bookings/times etc. What a change from their competitors! Would I use Swan's again - you bet - first choice.

Great work from the boys at Swans Plumbing. Had to get a whole drilled to get some plumbing repaired and when the tradies came to fix the whole in the wall, they said it's the best work they've seen from a plumber.

Super happy with the whole experience. Our issue was fixed on the same day that we contacted Swan's, the technician explained what the issues were, showing us picture of the job as it progressed. Super easy and friendly service, fair pricing and very prompt. Will use again!

Communication was awesome, I was shown 3 options with fixed price (no surprises!) quotes for my job, signed off on the ipad on one and the work was done, Eric wore boot covers and cleaned up as he went, can't recommend Swans higly enough! Brilliant
