Switch hair are great my girl Kia is a super good hairdresser my colour and hair is always perfect she is a lovely girl very welcoming every time plus my grandson said she is best hair stylist his ever seen haha

Up until today's experience I loved this salon; usually excellent in every way. Today I was left for one and a half hours with my fine foils processing while my stylist proceeded to do a lengthy, complex job on another client. I am very concerned that the fine foils on my already fine hair will be over processed, considering the usual processing time is 45 minutes and she's never left mine in even that long before! Very sad but I will never go back. i You don't start and finish a complex lengthy job on someone else if you have a client on a timer for foils. As it was, the owner had to rinse it out and even then I was still kept waiting for the drying until my stylist had completed the other client! Just hope my hair doesn't start falling out...

FRIENDLY & AFFORDABLE
They are such a lovely group of girls and I think this stems from the owner. At a time when we have to watch our $$ they provide a very professional service. Have been going here for 5 years and won't be going anywhere else.

Absolutely fantastic! Jacqueline is the most professional hairdresser I have ever been to. She takes the time to listen & really seeks to understand what you want before she starts work on your hair. She doesn't assume she knows - she makes sure - which is so important.

This is the 3rd time I've had my hair done there & I seriously don't think I want to go anywhere else.

I have only recently started going to Switch, but I am so happy with them. They are really friendly, and the owner is a young girl who grew up in Penrith. They are not expensive, but definitely provide quality services.
