I used to dine here a lot when it first opened, but the service went down the drain. The waitresses are rude and only serve the 'good looking people'. The food got more expensive, for less quality. I try and avoid going here now.

the food it nice have been 3 times but the service is extra slow and when i complained that we were going to stay for sweets but the service is so slow they didn't seem to care. If the food didn't taste nice i wouldn't bother i only go there when im not in a hurry

I suppose it is just what is listed on the menu that really bored me. However, great outdoor setting and a great place to mingle. I think this restaurant is more sorted to the youngish crowd.

Switch seems to be one of those places which is central and a great place to catch up with people. Management leave a lot to be desired and seem a little young and in experienced ( except one young lady named Kara ). Food is always of a very high standard and i have dined here well over 20 times and rarely see any food sent back or any complaints made. Cocktail list is up there with one of the best i've seen in Melbourne. great place to sit and have a drink in the summer with the bi-fold doors opening up to invite the sights and sounds of KNOX OZone in. Quality Venue overall

Approximate cost: $25.00

Each visit to Switch has been a pleasure. Service and quality has always been great. I've never liked cafe pricing - they have typical cafe charge so they don't stand out above the rest in value..

I dine here often. The food is pretty good - I've never had any complaints. The service isn't the best. It has a good atmosphere but can be a bit noisy. Its in a good location in knox ozone.

Cosy atmosphere, good for a easy meal out. The food looks very appealing and usually tastes the same. The portions are very generous, and there is a large range of cakes for dessert.

Approximate cost: $20

Great place to go if in a group which has varied eating tastes as the menu has a large range of options

Servings are large too

Music can be loud so is not the place for a romantic dinner for two

Good lunch time options too

Approximate cost: $20

Went for lunch on a Sunday with 6 adults and 2 children. There is a varied menu to choose from but overall the food was average. They seemed to do basic things like chips, nachos well, but anything more than and the food was really bland. If it is your thing - the servings were HUGE, too much for a reasonable person to eat.
The venue was not that loud but then there were not many people there. Service varied, the guys were attentive, the girls seemed more interested in talking to the other workers. The tables were squeezed in pretty close to one another.

Approximate cost: $20

Went on a Friday night, great atmosphere maybe music slightly too loud, busy but staff very attentive, ample quantities of great tasting food, recommend the smoothies. Love this place for lunch but great for evening with great varied menu.
