Michael is professional, polite, courteous and well mannered. After making a booking and waiting for about a week, on his initial trip he indicated that the switchboard needs to be upgraded before he can embark on his installation. Regardless, he was not the least bit flustered. He took the opportunity to assess the situation and provided the additional cost for drilling through the double brick wall etc.

Once the switchboard was upgraded he came back a week later to install two units that lasted almost the entire day.

He does a thorough and very presentable job.

I have no hesitation and will definitely recommend Michael to anyone for their installation. Worth the wait for a job well done by a honest sincere individual which is a rarity these days.
