Mick installed a split system air conditioner. From the moment he introduced himself when he came to quote the job, I knew he was a complete professional. He told me that he wasn't happy unless his customer was happy.

Even after he hit a hurdle (building not built as you would normally expect, causing a vibration noise in the wall) he came back with plan B and moved the outdoor unit until the problem was solved. He did not change his price, and didn't ask for payment until he knew I was satisfied. He talked me through the whole process and helped me to understand exactly how everything worked and how it was installed.

A tradesman as customer oriented and professional as Mick is hard to find. I cannot recommend him enough.

They even went out of their duty of service to help me with a minor job after they finish with the installation. I would recommend Mick and RAf highly to anyone and I have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Mick installed a new air-conditioner in my bedroom and provided very good service. I found Mick to be a very pleasant person to deal with and he serviced my old air-conditioner at the same time which saved me a service call. Nothing was too much trouble.

Michael is a very personable down to earth person who works in the best interests of his clients to ensure they get the best possible results. I would recommend his work to anyone needing a high quality air conditioning installation and would gladly use his services in the future.

Mick has done a good job and the installation, especially the internal unit, was neat and looked good. Mick was also willing to squeeze my job in on short notice. Will get Mick to help out in the future, both for a/c and maybe even other electrical work!
