They approved me for a few loans, usually paid out early, after my last loan was paid When nothing changed, if not only improved. They now say I no longer meet eligibility. (Which I meet according to there website

Paid off my loan.
Now they are rude with their responses and telling me I'm not eligible for a loan with them any more.
They say they pride themselves on being Frendly and helpful.
When I ask what I am not. They just keep avoiding the question.

Used to have loans with them with any credit issue. Repaid diligently.
Today they declined me. They say I'm not eligible - but they approved me before when I had a less stellar financials. Took 1 week to sort my application.
Avoid them if you have problems with your financial situation, their credit review is not good. Worse than banks. They should assessed based on real and personal review rather than looking what they see on paper.
Will avoid them from now on.

I had bad credit and Swoosh provided a loan quickly and the interest rate is reasonable, considering the kind of finance they provide. Their customer service is good as well.

What I don't like is that I don't get sent a statement any more unless I ask them for one. I know for a fact I am ahead on repayments and when I do request a statement, the repayment schedule does not take the extra payments I have made into account. So now I don't know when my loan will be paid off and there would be nothing to stop them taking extra payments.

I have had 2 loans through swoosh finance and both times it was quick and easy if I ever need another loan I would definitely go back to them first
