We had a couple of replacement screens done by them. We provided then with the measurements and picked the finished items up from their shop. We had contacted a couple of other companies, which were either not willing to do that, but insisted that we would not be able to measure accurately, or quoted phantasy prices or were simply rather rude when it became clear that we wouldn't go for the 'full-service' option. Everyone at Sydney Flyscreen & Door Factory was corteous at all times and provided all required information, the screens were finished even a tad early and are simply perfect - and all that at a very competitive price. No complaints at all. Should we need any more screens in the future, we'll definitely get them from Sydney Flyscreen & Door Factory.

Needed 5 flyscreens for my timber sash windows in Annandale. Sydney Fly Screen & Door Factory answered my calls promptly, had efficient customer service, their sales rep (Peter) rang me within the timeframe cited, turned up on time, and my flyscreens were installed in 20 minutes! He was very personable and efficient. The flyscreens look great, too. Definitely recommended over other suppliers, some of whom did not even return my call or were too slow in booking up an appointment.
