I enrolled in an IELTS Mock test last month. Unfortunately because of COVID-19, it was suspended and I ended up taking the exam online.
Despite the internet connection was not good, the exam was alright. However, I had to insist many times to get my results and they only gave me the score without any further feedback. (Except for the speaking part which I got some comments while taking the exam)
Very good school to learn PTE. Highly recommended. I love Mayra as the teacher, she taught us a lot of tips and tricks to pass the exam with 79!

I enrolled in a course 2 months ago and never thought they would be this untrustworthy so i paid the whole amount as i enrolled.after 2 months i got an email saying they haven't reached the amount of people that was 5! So they can't hold the class on the date it was supposed to start,I asked for a refund and its been 10 days of emsiling back and forth and calls which wastes my time,but still haven't got my money back.never pay them upfront if ur enrolling with them

As with all language schools in Sydney, we do require payment in advance to organise or confirm any class. Because without students payment, we have no formal guarantee that students will actually enrol and study. Also, we did officially inform all enrolled students on our website about this practice (in all term and conditions that you have agreed to when enrolling online), that each class needs at least 5 enrolled students to be confirmed. We also inform very clearly in our website and all communications (that you have agreed to at the point of enrolment) that it takes 7-10 working days to process your refund. WE hope to have your understanding that this is a very straightforward and consistent term of operation that most colleges follow.
It is also not something we wish too, as we do wish to open as many classes as possible too. Unfortunately, if students do not pay for a course upfront, it is not considered as an enrolment and it will not help to make the course happen if no students want to pay upfront. Use translation service of SLS once, but are very happy. Fast turnaround, reasonable price, and easily collect the documents at the city. Recommended!

well apart from the actual building problem ,if you are planning to learn an asian language that place is the place to go to . they often put vouchers on groupon too so it is worth it to check from time to time
Devoted admin staffs and teachers, good small size class makes it easy to ask questions. There are some fun extra activities to learn more about various cultures. Really enjoyed it and highly recommended.
Very good service and high teaching quality. The best thing is class is of very small size, so students can interact with teachers very well. The admin staff is on site so I can ask for help or recording a missed lesson. Highly recommended.
