Systema Brisbane is a Personal Training service that utilises the healing work of the Russian Special Forces for aiding recovery, joint strength, energy levels and flow. Everything we do is based on natural movement, using a "Movement is Medicine" framework, in order to accelerate your healing and fitness process.
Our work ranges from post-physio training through to general fitness to combatives conditioning and physiology.
We also have group classes on MON, TUE, THURS, FRI & SAT @ 12pm-1pm. They are "boxing" classes designed to give you the edge, taking you from the ring to the outside world. You often hear participants say "Huh, this makes so much sense!" or "Why haven't we been shown this before?".

Luke Hobbs is a qualified Personal Trainer (TAFE FT) and instructor in TacFit, Yoga, FlowFit, MovNat, Clubbells/Kettlebells & Boxing. He spent a long time working as a labourer, and is also experienced in horse-riding, archery, orienteering, fencing, shooting and sailing. He has many years training in Chen Tai Chi, specializes in Russian Systema, and is known for saying the wrong thing in social gatherings.
