Me and my 16 year old son joined the Tai Chi Institute at Glenelg about six months ago. They were offering a 2 for 1 special which we decided to take up. They offer a range of tai chi practices for the beginner (us) through to the highly experienced. Staff are wonderful and patient and promote a holistic approach to good health and relaxation.
