This pet shop is fantastic. The owners are so helpful and friendly, the staff are wonderful. Sometimes my son and I just go in to say Hi. We chat to the parrots, pat the pooches, We love this pet shop

As a customer I am regularly at this store and have always been pleased and surprised with the products and service they offer. Living in Redwood Park the store is only a 5 minute drive from our house or a twenty minute walk which is really a big plus.
One experience was great as we only went in looking for a harness set for my Pomeranian but was surprised to find products for rainbow lorikeets in the bird section, when looking at the two store birds. The advice and obvious knowledge of the staff was great. When I approached the counter was greeted by the store owner's dog which was the cutest experience.
The overall value was good too as we purchased 4 items and it only cost about $63.00, items purchased were harness set, rainbow lorikeet feed & treat stick and treats for my Pomeranian.
Overall the store is always clean and well organsied compared to most and pleasing to see a pet store that can still compete without having to sell puppies and kittens all the time.

The animals are kept in very good conditions, unlike other pet shops that keep their animals in crowded, dirty cages. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Exchanges are available, but not refunds. Prices on some items are a bit higher than other places, but certainly better quality.
They don't usually have puppies, for the dogs' welfare.
