It is great to have a gym in the area. We have seen many open and close however the Indoor Sports Centre just keeps getting better, rock climbing, play gym group, squash, gym, workouts, parties its just great and its only down the road. The opening hours are excellent and cater to everyone.
as far as gym's and classes on offer this place is good. lots of different activities to do there.
