Very rude arrogant owners. Never come back to fix bad workmanship. Probably won't be around too much longer as they always justify themselves.

Poor quality products with sub-par installation and unacceptable communication. Our blinds are all frayed, they do not cover the window appropriately and have some parts missing. Company was contacted straight away during business hours, only to receive a rude text msg after 8pm advising they would not be fixing the blinds. We have had another company complete the rest of our blinds and were appalled at the installation and product. They advised us this is not the first time they have had to rectify this companies work. There are enough blind companies in Ballarat that you do not need to waste your time or money with Taylor & Stirling.

Absolutely terrible. The owner measured for our blinds and messed that up. We had already had to wait months for installation with no communication until we hassled. Then the incorrect sizes turned up and had to wait months again to have it remedied.
The owner was very rude and demanding of payment and I had to be very firm in communications to get some semblance of courtesy.
I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

5 SOLAR SECURITY SHUTTERS. 3 SECURITY DOORS, 2 BATHROOM SECURITY GRILLS AND 5 YEARS LATER ONE SECURITY SHUTTER DOES STILL DOES NOT OPERATE. FROM THE BEGINNING THIS ONE SHUTTER WAS A PROBLEM. INITIAL TINKERINGS GAVE ONLY SHORT TERMS RESULTS, IE 3 WEEKS APPROX. AT THE MOST. THIS SHUTTER WILL NOT BUDGE HAS AND HAS NOT FOR MOST OF THIS TIME. T AND S IS RELUCTANT TO MAKE ANY MAJOR REPAIR AND HAS GHOSTED US. WE ARE TREATED AS IF WE ARE A NUISANCE IT IS VERY SIMPLE. ALL WE WANT IS A SHUTTER THAT WE PAID FOR, TO WORK MY ADVICE----DO NOT GO ANYWHERE THIS COMPANY..

One of our caravan NCE concertina style blinds needed restringing, as one of the tensioning strings had frayed and broken. Not only did Judy replace all the strings, but she also troubleshot the reason for the string breaking ( a sharp edge needed smoothing). We were charged a very reasonable price for the repair and are very happy with the result.

My experience was fortunately not as costly as some of the reviews I have read!! My dealings with the owner/operator were disappointing! She was very confronting if not rude with her responses to some of my questions or concerns questions I raised. She really didn’t appear to take objections very well at all!! I left the store feeling very taken aback and shocked, which left me thinking that perhaps I should best consult other companies as I am concerned that if I did order blinds and maybe there is a recall or fault, then it would get uglier than the service I got!

I would not recommend this business to anyone, the their workmanship is appalling. We ordered a house full of screen and blockout blinds and pelmets. The quality of these products delivered and fitted is nothing like their advertising, and the excuse for the very poor quality workmanship is ‘ environmental ‘ . Enviromental ?? Includes buckled lounge blind, gathered lower edging of several other blinds and mottled and blistered pelmets .

I had 2 shutters supplied and installed. The consultant who came to my home was very very professional. She knew her product and spent time explaining the benefits and pointed out a couple of difficulties that was not noticed by a competitor store. Their pricing was competitive although not the cheapest but was well worth the slightly higher price to have complete confidence with my choice to purchase from them. The installer was also very courteous and respectful of the fact he was working in our new home, I wish I had made tan earlier decision to purchase my other window furnishings when moving into our new house. I am building an investment property soon and will definitely purchase from them again

We have had Holland blinds fitted throughout our home and are very happy with the quality of all the window fittings. They cleaned up after the installation and we hardly knew the tradesman was present. Overall, very professional service and we are happy with the outcome.
