Whilst Service is lacking, the food are actually good. This restaurant has been around for a while and has a branch at Karawara. Pricing point is average as there are a number of chinese restaurant nearby that are more affordable with comparable taste

Yes, the service can be abrupt, but they are very family friendly. You might get a 'what do you want' when taking an order rather than a 'what can I get for you', but they are always happy to bring highchairs, plastic plates, additional spoons (when the original has been dropped on the floor) and more. The whole family loves the food here and it comes out fast. I can recommend the salt and chilli squid. The wontons are a bit slim in the noodle soup but there are plenty of other great choices on the menu, especially the lunch specials for less than $10. All in, great value for an easy, casual meal with the family.

It provides the best crispy chicken rice. Not too friendly environment and services quite disappointing however order came out very fast. Efficiency restaurant though...

OK, So we used to go here often, moved out of the area and went back the other night for takeaway, the lady taking our order was trying to get it to the kitchen before we could even finish ordering. our food finally came out and sat there for 8 minutes before they finally gave it to us. The quality of the food is not as good as it used to be. Very disappointing

One of the best Hainanese chicken rice. I would say all other dishes are quite normal. I agreed with all the rest, service is bad. Don't think I'll go back again.

Had Sunday lunch here recently with the parents and in-laws. Yes, the service is abrupt but I think that's part and parcel of the restaurant being able to provide an efficient service at a very busy time and I expected it for this type of casual chinese restaurant. The dishes are well-priced (mostly 'hawker' type food) and slightly cheaper than what you would pay for similar meals in Northbridge. The Hainanese chicken rice is a popular dish here and was well-cooked and the chicken moist. The only problem - we were over-charged but in the rush of leaving (and not having a receipt) we did not think it worthwhile bringing up with the restaurant.

Heard of this place from friends , but we found it 'wanting' n 'over-rated'. we wouldn't be there again as the waitresses were no help n seemed so aloof!! I Do believe it 'used' to be a Great plce to eat at!.

Just been back from dinner n ,sad to say , it isn't what it used to be!! Was very disappointed, to say the least. The waitresses weren't friendly- --- made to feel that it's a job to them!! Wouldn't bring friends there for sure.

Fantastic Chinese restaurant with super quick and efficient service (how do they get the dishes out so quickly when the restaurant's packed!). Prices are terrific and the food is consistently delicious with big servings. For some reason, the lady boss at the cashier seems to have a black face most of the time (not rare for a Chinese restaurant I guess).

regularly go for cheap and fast meal. Not fancy Always good value and good tasting food. Will continue to go back there - as much for the value for money as anything.

This is one of the nicest chinese restaurants I have been to in Perth. The food was amazing and the price was great. The restaurant itself, is nothing flash but the food and service make up for it tenfold!

ive been there a couple of times..the food was good, and good value for money...but the last time i went....the door said open...then when we walked in the chick at the counter, presuming its the boss said " we are closed, go now" we were shocked!!!
