Great service, prompt, efficient and friendly. I had the nasty surprise of a termite invasion into one piece of skirting board, which my little dog found! I was panicked. When Mal came to inspect, he was calm and assured me there was no need to stress as it was minor and very fixable. His tech who did the treatment was very thorough, and his workmanship very neat and tidy. I've had several subsequent re-checks and all OK. I expect that'll be the last time I'll ever see termites! I have recently purchased a house and I had poor building inspection report which didn't identify previous termite treatment for previous damage and only mentioned that it has a physical barrier and is under warranty by Termicide. I called Termicide for annual inspection but they refused to give a warranty because there was a chemical barrier installed by another company in 2013, though they gave a warranty to the previous owner in 2014 & advised me that there were no issues with the house when I called them after the building inspection. I called envirotech who did the chemical barrier and I have been told that the re-treatment warranty was for 12 months and the previous owner didn't perform the regular inspection, any way in all of this. I called Mal and he came to my house and assessed the house for any recent damage and provided us with a professional advice. He is friendly & honest man and he spent 90 minutes explaining and checking the house. I really appreciated his time and effort and would recommend him for my friends and happy to deal with him in the future if needed.
