I have used Termite Solutions to inspect my home annually for the last ten years. Malcolm has always provided an efficient, effective, reasonably priced service. For the last few years, his company has also done termite inspections and treatments for our church - sometimes as a community service at no charge - greatly appreciated! Ten years ago when we had a viscious termite attack we got the best advice and service from Mal, removing the infestation completely. When we recently discovered some tracks at the back of the house Mal visited us the same day with a plan to stop these less aggressive termites. Very happy with the service and friendly approach.

Mal came to my house to assess and treat termites about a year ago. He was on time (a bit early if I remember correctly), did a thorough job and recommended a reputable builder to fix the damage. He referred me to Mike Collins. Mike gave me a great estimate to fix the damage and I simply went with Mike.

A few weeks ago I thought that I had some more termite damage and Mal came out to have a look. He saw that it was a bit of timber rot and not termite damage. No charge.

I'll be booking Mal for my regular check in September and I've mentioned him and recommended Termite Solutions to quite a few friends.

I can't speak highly enough about Termite Solutions, my home is pretty much located in termite central at Sinnamon Park. I had a barrier around my home installed 3 years ago after discovering termites. I was impressed by the length of time they have been in business and that they are family owned and run, the cost was also very competitive but the service exceptional.... top notch.
I'm diligent with my yearly inspections and most recently thought I saw termites in my bathroom, Mal arrived within 30 minutes, conducted an inspection and assured me I had black ants (embarrassing). They are wonderful, I have never had a poor experience when dealing with this company.

You can imagine the concern I had when I noticed termite mud tunnels running up the side of a brick wall and then going into the house via the Brick weep holes! Needless to say, I acted fast to get this checked out. I was pretty sure these tunnels were fairly new, as I had not spotted them before.

I looked up a few Termite treatment business online. I came across some reviews of Termite Solutions here on WOMO and a couple on other sites. Reviews were favourable. I sent Termite Solutions an email outlining what I had found. Within 30 minutes, I had a call back from Mal, who asked me a few quick questions and asked me to send him some photos of the mud tunnels. I did so and he got back to me to reassure me that he thought there was not an immediate threat, given his knowledge and experience of termites. What a relief!

I had Mal come around to do a normal termite inspection nonetheless as I was overdue for one, and he turned up promptly, and with his thermal camera. He checked the house and found no new damage or evidence of a termite problem.

With the termite intrusion into the front of the house via the bricks, Mal determined these were micro-termites, and not a real problem, and that it was common for these termites to appear this time of year. He mentioned they would not do much damage at all, but obviously recommended removing them. He gave me advice on how to achieve this myself, or offered to do it for me for a very reasonable fee. While I chose to do it myself following Mal's excellent advice, it might have been just as easy to have him do it (it took me a good whole day digging a trench and applying a treatment). If you are not into physical labour, pay to get it done!

Long story short, our termite problem was solved, and our house checked by a real professional of the trade. Mal is a great, friendly bloke who knows his stuff. Can highly recommend him for your termite treatment or inspection needs. Thanks Mal!

During my search for a Termite Treatment Company I was inundated by many operators who were clearly using scare tactics to charge massive amounts of money for treatments which simply were not needed. Then along came Termite Solutions. What a breath of fresh air!!

Firstly what Mal and his team don't know about termites is not worth knowing!!
Secondly I quickly realized that the title of their business Termite "Solutions" was exactly what they were about. Finding root causes and solutions was their focus, going as far as locating origin nests in a nearby tree to fully eradicate the problem. In 2008 our house was hit by termites. Mal Brewer from Termite Solutions was prompt with his treatment, and we have not had any further problems. Mal performs an annual inspection as per agreement, and is always on time with appointments, and conducts those inspections in a courteous and professional manner. Had been informed by an independent building & pest company that we had a termite problem in the back yard of the property we are purchasing. Cost was $410 & they didn't ellaborate beyond that point. For them to then complete a full structural and termite scan of the house (which you assume was part of the original inspection was an extra $750).

On speaking with Mal he assured me his cost of $100 includes a full thermal and structural scan of the house. NO HIDDENS, No BS.

When completed he sent detailed report including pics of his inspection within 5 hrs.

When we spoke to him further and asked if he would quote on doing another barrier protection he said he wouldn't as the current protection would be sufficient for at least 2 more years.
