I went in to get a new filter for my tank, the staff helped me find the exact one I needed for my type of tank, great customer service, friendly and helpful, great range of products and fish, and fish are all well maintained.

I went here with my friends when I was on holiday up in Queensland there were so many different breeds I'm a tropical fish breeder and I was sad I couldn't get the fish I wanted from there shop as I'm from vic as the prices were great and the fish looked healthy

We were on holiday and my son is a keen aquarist , so of course we dropped in with little expectations . Wow . This might be a small store in relation to aquarium shops we visit in Sydney and other large centres , but they definitely had a range of fish to rival , as well as a large range of products. All of the tanks were well maintained , there was a good selection of tropical and saltwater fish . Prices were marginally higher than Sydney stores , but this is to be expected. The staff were really friendly and happy for us to browse . And, guess what my son spent all his holiday money , on products not fish .there was a range of products that were at least 50% off including a CO2 system , genuine bargains on great products . Just couldn't pass up the bargain . Definitely worth a look whether you are an enthusiast or just starting up . Drop by if you live up this way or are just passing through , you might just be surprised.

this is a place for fish lovers i brought things from hear for my brother and he loved them all the things i got still work the service wasnt that good and some places where not as clean as could be

I regularly use The Aquarium Shop's online website to purchase fish foods for my tropical fish. They stock all the major brands and have slightly lower prices than other online retailers. They have cheap postage which is priced according to the weight of your parcel, however the fish food that I purchase doesn't weigh much so I always pay the minimum rate.

The website is easy to navigate and place an order, and the order is always delivered by courier within a week of placing an order.

I was very happy with the service here aswell I think that the fish are different to what you can normally get elsewhere and great prices

My cousin bought several fish from here for a present for my mum. She loved them and when I went up there to collect they were really nice.

What am amazing shop. Staff are excellent and helpful and such a wonderful variety of fish and accessories at very reasonable prices. The shop is also very well kept and fish all look healthy. Recommended to any fish enthusiast.

This is a great place if your looking for fish of many sorts. They have many to choose from and the associates are very nice and willing to help you with any problems concerns or questions. They made sure we got teh most lively fish they had and not the ones that looked as though they were going to die in a day or two. I truely appreciate that.

My boyfriend and I have recently set up a large fish tank with a range of cichlids. We were advised that a certain brand of fish food was best for the fish but found it was quite expensive for a small amount of product. After an internet search I found The Aquarium Shop and have since purchased items from the 3 times and will continue to do so as their prices are great

Strongly recommended for people towards south of brisbane. the quality of fishes and products are very good. Here, the sales rep will not push you to buy things. If there is some fishes that are not healthy, THEY WOULD NOT SELL IT.. Good on you guys! Keep up the good work.

Sales rep's new what they were talking about. However products are a bit dear when compared to other pet shops. They accept major credit cards which is good because i never carry cash. Staff are friendly. Would recommend if your willing to pay more for better customer service

A bit dear compared to other aquariums and the shop needed some improvment on stock and products not the best ive been to but still ok for a beginner in this field.

Prices are extremely competetive, most of the time considerably lower than your local Aquarium and postage is also quite low ($7.50 for up to 8kg).

Their service is great. I happened to order a globe for my two foot tank thinking the globe would be a standard size. When the globe arrived I found that the light fitting in my tank was about a 1/2 cm shorter than the standard size, meaning the standard globe would not fit. (My fault, I should have measured before ordering..) I sent an email to The Aquarium Shop explaining my mistake and they took the globe back and refunded my money without hesitation.
