After seeing this business mentioned several times on WOMOW, I thought I'd give them a call. I was about to buy a carseat for our toddler as baby #2 is on the way. A friend had told me about a sale that Baby Bunting were having but when I called The Baby Gallery, their prices were $10 cheaper anyway. When I got there, the sales lady was lovely and actually talked me into getting the model down from what I was going to (as the difference is minimal and price difference quite a lot). I also got a Coccoon for our Phil n Teds pram, some more sheets, and a mattress protector - all at very reasonable prices. Wish I'd known about them earlier - defintely worth visiting if you need to buy a few things or to some of the bigger items.

Baby Gallery in Clayton is a new store and it is a much better shopping experience than other baby stores. A huge array of products, well experienced & honest staff and a all round great experience. They also offer very competitive prices unlike the other stores. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back again.

We purchased everything for our baby here, the sales staff were very knowledgeable. The after service was appalling! They had several excuses as to why delivery could not happen at our agreed time. Our pram took 4.5 months to arrive. Everytime we contacted them, we were told it was arriving next week. They never return calls, or follow anything up for you. Very disappointing, considering we spent a fortune in this store.

We shopped around for prices but Baby Gallery were the best by far on price and range. The girls I dealt with were all very helpful and knowledgeable, seemed to be mostly young Mums themselves so able to give great advice. We bought pram, cot, furniture and car seat from there and were able to pay it off over several months. I would highly recommend them and have done to several friends.

Went to Baby Gallery twice before making our major purchases. Served by two different women and on both occasions they were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful for someone like me who is a first time mum with little idea of what i REALLY needed to buy and what i could do without. They didn't pressure us to buy anything and were honest and told us if they thought things were a waste of money. Huge range, better than any other of the big chain stores and their prices were cheaper than any other store i could find. We ended up saving about 20% off most items as they regularly have things reduced. Overall fantastic, highly recommend them!

I've heard that Baby Gallery is cheaper than most of its competitors so it was very comforting to know that I've heard right. I first browsed through their selection of cots and it was at least $30-80 cheaper for a known brand. Though, the smaller items were much the same as the other store, maybe a few dollars less.

My wife and I drove up from Sale to buy all of our baby needs in Melbourne. A friend had recommended that we try the Baby Gallery, as they had nothing but good things to say about them.
We have now bought all of our baby furniture and needs from the Baby Gallery. We have found the owners (Mary and Theo), and all of the staff there very, very friendly. They are so helpful and make you feel very welcome, and that you are more than 'just' another customer.
We had a minor mix-up with a mattress, and the staff there could not do enough to put things right for us as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I will definently be shopping there again for our next bub!

The second you walk into The Baby Gallery, you are overwhelmed with variety and choice of baby products. Being a first time mum I was given excellent advice regarding products and essentials. Staff were very well presented and very extremely helpful, made me feel very special as a customer. I also found there prices to be some of the best in town! Thank you to all staff and management of the baby gallery, for all your help. I will be back for your warm and friendly service. Keep up the good work and beautiful store.

My experience relates to customer service which is there none of their a baby gallery. They are too busy to call customer to inform them that their pram is not ready when their baby has already arrived. It is meant to be a pleasant experience when buying products for a new born and this is not one of them. i will be letting as many people as i know not shop their. You have no idea how un happy i'm with the level of service. and to give an excuse that we are too busy is crap. I was in there today and they would have lucky to have 2 people in the store. And yet their is no time to call customers that have spent 800 on one item.
Not good enough. I will let everyone i know not to buy from baby gallery!!!!

Fantastic one-stop-baby-shop! The staff were very helpful and I made some great savings. I was impressed with the range of stock and their displays were brilliant. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Loved it.
