I found them to be fantastic, very helpful and cheaper than anywhere else especially as their products are absolutely beautiful. I bought absolutely everything from there an got all my friends to by me from there. The owner is absolutely lovely and very helpful.

The Baby Gallery has one of the best layouts that I have seen in a baby shop. Their range is good and prices are the best I have been able to find. The service really needs improvement though and don't even think of shopping on a weekend unless you want to wait 15 minutes to be served. I have found on a number of occasions and with different staff members that they will recommend products that they like and use, rather than things that suit your needs, so take their advice with a grain of salt. The owners are great, but their staff need to professionalise a little (I could do without the swearing and being told I'm wrong). I also had to wait 8 weeks for a cot that they said would take a maximum of 4 weeks to deliver and baby almost ended up sleeping in her pram. That said, I would shop there again because you can't beat the prices.

Every time we go to this store they are understaffed. When you can finally get a sales persons attention they end up trying to serve 5 people at once and you end up being ignored for 10 minutes while they sort something else out for another customer. Weekends are HORRENDOUS .... if I do ever need to get something from this store, I try and go on week days as at least you are not fighting for attention amongst a bunch of other parents. Owners are very nice (Mary & Theo), however allow the staff to pretty much argue and / or talk about their own personal issues and problems in front of customers with no regard for the person standing at the counter wanting to pay. Totally disorganised and inefficient. Prices are good though

Terrible actaully got the wrong delivery delivery guy was hopeless and didnt have a clue when speaking the staff they were also confused about my order very disappointing the whole experience

LOVE the new store!!! Much bigger & better then Oakleigh.
We have bought all our baby product from them & have always found the staff very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & honest.
Mary & Theo the owners are just fantastic & always remember us when we return & staff members Stella & Porsha were so helpful & lovely (Stella even cuddle our son as we shopped).
Price are brilliant too!!!

Absolutely brilliant experiences everytime. The only baby shop on this side of the city I've been to that ACTUALLY know what they are talking about!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff! Fantastic prices... cheapest I've found even after searching online and ringing around! Sooo many choices in store! Layby option is great.

This store is great. Better than the one in Oakleigh. Mary and Theo, the owners are very knowledgable but some of the staff lack the knowledge that they should have. We have bought alot of items there and will continue to shop there. Make sure you know what you want and do your homework. They will price match too.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Baby Gallery. We have twins and chose to purchase ALL of our set up nursery furniture there. Since then we have gone back everytime we needed the next stage or gifts. The staff have always been available, friendly and knowledgeable. After just one visit they knew my name, my husbands and the twins. And I hadn't met the owner before!! As I had been in hospital. The prices are excellent and I recommend them ALL the time.
Store is bright, aisles are wide-no double pram issues and they have ALWAYS returned my calls or queries.

The shop looks fantastic and the prices are excellent. We bought quite a few 'big ticket' items when expecting our first baby and felt we got excellent value compared to other stores. The staff were friendly enough, but each time we have been there has been some sort of issue - staff struggling with the computer system, with setting up a layby, confusion re products we were enquiring about, staff disagreeing about things (in front of us), a staff member sending us around to the pick up location at the rear of the store but leaving us sitting there 15 minutes because she hadn't told anyone else we were there... The range of products and the prices are appealing, but the problems we've had on every visit have been unfortunate.

The shop looks amazing and as soon as you walk in you know you will find everything you are looking for from furniture to breast pads. My husband and i were given great advice on what we would need to furnish our nursery and what essentials we would need for our baby once it arrives keeping in mind the gifts we would receive from friends and family and so we did not over buy. The staff were professional and helpful everytime we went into the store, and the prices were great. We had been to other larger chain retail stores and were dissatisifed at the lack of product knowledge their staff had, which, when buying baby products is essential, especially for first time parents. A great experience and we will be long time shoppers at The Baby Gallery.
