What I love about The Beauty Club is that we can get brands not sold locally at such great prices. I received my product from USA in a few days even with the delays in delivery because of Coronavirus. Will definitely order again

I ordered from Australian branch. Apparently the phones in Victoria aren't manned and the Aussie site is faulty. The Tracking on the site doesn't work. MY order 773990 said dispatched. But the tracking number provided was an internal number used by the freight company and useless. After resorting to putting in a dispute with Paypal the Beauty Club finally responded with proper tracking numbers from the USA not Australia. Even then the communication although apologetic was still not great.
If they had simply put a notice on the Aussie site that all products were coming from USA. I would have understood or most likely not bought the products given the extraidinary delays.

Although not scam artists or fraudulent as I originally claimed, their communication, service and lack of any notices of the issues with Aussie branch was APPALLING.

BUYER BEWARE. If you are going to buy order dirst from the USA site might have better success.

I’ve started buying my La Prairie products through The Beauty Club, and I must admit I was nervous after placing my first order...would the items be fresh? Counterfeit? Spoiled? I’d bought full-sized testers that had to come from America, so really, anything could have happened. I purchased a Radiance cream that I’ve used for decades so I would know if it was dodgy. When the products arrived, I was stunned! Perfectly boxed for travel, the La Prairie prouducts were genuine and fresh! Also, I have to mention their communication team are fantastic! Nothing is ever too hard for them. Honestly, I’ve been wearing LP for twenty years, and will be purchasing through the beauty club for the next twenty.

i joined this club with a recommendation from rewards central and well with the fact you get 2 or 3 beauty products a year makes it a club worth joining for a fee of 55 it is well worth it , they have great products and great prices

I bought SKII facial masks from The Beauty Club, i was very happy with the service. Very fast delivery and got a free sample of Stila Lip Balm! Will definetly use again!

The $55 joining fee may seem steep, however it is well worth it as you save about 40% on retail prices. Free postage too. Great products at great prices. All goods arrive on time and beautifully packaged. I've never had a problem in the last 2 years.

i am a new member and just wanted to say i have never experienced such wonderful customer service from an online company, attentive, fast and caring, just wonderful!
