*** BUYER BEWARE *** the blind factory will suck you in with their “ lifetime guarantee “ with “ there isn’t any fine print “ when a product is faulty they fix it….when asking them to fix my faulty inferior product , they shrugged it off as as wear and tear even though it wasn’t wear and tear and if it was there’s no fine print suggesting wear and tear is not covered….. professional scam artist

Following our pitiful experience of the supplier of our exterior blinds, we decided to get the Blind Factory to replace them and instal new ones.
We had previously been let down by a company that we will never recommend or use again due to their before, during and after pathetic efforts.
Enter The Blind Factory - absolutely no comparison!
From start to finish, the experience was first class. Youbert, the installer was the consumate professional in terms of communication throughout the process, perfect measurement and installation. There were a few adjustments required at the end and they were completed beyond our expectation.
We were followed up afterward by Brett to make sure that we were happy with everything and indeed we are. Well done to all!

I was very happy with the shutters I ordered from this company 6 years ago. Service was excellent, I got good advice from the person who came to measure and quote, and the installer was first rate.
Not a single issue have I had with the shutters, which just keep working perfectly and looking good and at a reasonable price.
I am moving to another house and went to the trouble of hunting down who supplied my last shutters. Why? So that I can use them again. Just excellent all round.

fake basswood shutters, don't be fooled by this company, lies, lies, lies

they sell "basswood" plantation shutter, they gave the cheapest quote and end up with a Timber Composite, which is basically a shutter with a thin outer layer of timber, but the inside is made up of another material glued together to make the panel, frame and slats. So while it looks like solid timber from the outside, it is actually made of many materials. within a few weeks, everything started go wrong, warping louvers/slats, inconsistent paint finishes, shutters coming off hinges...they can't provide material "certificate of origin", this company deserves a zero rating.

Many thanks for a brilliant installation today…(October, 2019 )..nothing short of 6 stars and excellent in EVERY respect....alas most reviews and feedback sites only permit 5 stars...the outcomes were way beyond a mere 5 stars.

Andrew was brilliant…not just an installer…way beyond that in skill, consideration, care and support…excellent…6 stars for Andrew.

Lee and Brooke have also been brilliant, highly professional, timely, supportive and very communicative, all the way through from the first visit to completion..so again:

Whilst Andrew was here l requested he measure up for another batch windows; for Plantation shutters. This was also completed just prior to Andrew departing, taking all the empty boxes and rubbish with him...brilliant...so many other companies just leave you with all the packaging rubbish. We also just had all areas re-floored and re-painted...Andrew removed his shoes and worked in his socks....so considerate again.

Awful quality, service and value. Blinds isn't even long enough for the window. Called them up and just like the radio host, they told me to get stuffed.

We had plantation shutters installed on the whole front of the house which look amazing. Andrew B did a fantastic job installing them. The service, installation and quality of the product is excellent. Couldn't have done a better job. Thank you

I would highly recommend the blind factory. From the initial contact through to the install the service has been first class. I will use them again in the future when needed.

We used this guys when a tenants dog chewed our blinds and needed to get new ones. They were very helpful, polite and showed real care for their customers. They helped chose something that would match with the design and style of the home but yet give it complete block out from sun light.
