Had a quick response to my on-line enquiry for sorting out a blocked stormwater system. Nick was on site at 7am the next morning and it took most of the morning to trace and fix the blockage issues, including inspecting the rest of the stormwater system. Not a job that I would have liked to do and thanks for the professional approach to the work. Nick also provided a short report on the work undertaken, together with the tax invoice, which is very useful to have. Overall the costs were quite reasonable considering the amount of work involved.

This crew are true to their word they advertise as 24/7 they were the only company after many phone calls whom came on site on a Sunday afternoon when I had blocked drains in my backyard. Matt organised for Andrew to attend my home. Andrew with camera equipment was able to identify the blockage within a few minutes. He at all times kept me informed of the work which needed to be done. Most reliable plumbers in Melbourne! And not a ridiculous price! We rang on a Sunday night as one of our pipes was blocked and seeping through our house! I called the blockage doctor after a problem with my sewerage. Tim arricedd promptly and inspected the pipe with him camera and walked me through the process and even informed me on how to stop this happening again. All good. Our pipes block up once or twice a year. TRD weren't the cheapest on the initial call, but their price is inclusive of jetting and CCTV, which brings them on part with everyone else price wise. TRD were local to us (Ringwood) and came out within a few hours of calling. They had all the tools necessary, so no need for them to go offsite and hire jets, etc (something we've been stung with before by other plumbers). Tim confirmed that our issue was root blockage and showed my wife the footage. He didn't suggest remedial works, but suggested we wait it out and see how aggressive the roots were after clearing. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us on expensive work just for the sake of it. Only one small hiccup (a small drain that also needed clearing that was missed), but they came out promptly to fix that. Good guys. Recommended for this kind of work.

Tim identified the cause and location of my blocked stormwater drain within 30 minutes. Due to the nature of the blockage (a ball lodged in the stormwater pipe! Ben came to my house and fixed a major sewerage blocked up into our shower. Ben was prompt courteous and knowledgable.
