it's really great help when I rang Tim of Blockage Doctor for an urgent job to fix a leaking basin mixer and he was able to come to fix it immediately . He's very good at his job and replaced the basin mixer hassle free. I would highly recommend Tim for any plumbing job and will definitely call Tim again for next job.

After experiencing a blocked sewer pipe on the weekend, I called "The Blockage Doctor" & spoke to Tim who advised he would come straight over. Once he arrived he went to work & soon fixed the problem. Tim was polite, professional & had all the necessary tooling to fix the problem. All charges were explained at the time of booking. I thoroughly recommend their service and will be using them again if the need arises.

I had the blockage doctor out for a on going tree root issue in my sewer drain, Tim and Ben came out after hours and cleared the roots from my drain with a water pressure jet machine, I have old clay pipes and the root entry was coming through every join as they showed me on a camera that they were able to put down my drain, after 1 hour of cleaning these roots out with the jet machine there was not one root left, these guys are very good at what they do and the price was very good for a after hour job kept within the promised time! highly recommend to anyone with Tradey trust issues like myself, very impressed

Would like to thank Tim for recently completing works at our home to successfully un block a drainage issue we had with our main line. Having work myself in the construction an building industry for nearly 15 years , I Deal with a lot of different tradesman every day ( yes I have seen it all the good , the bad an the ugly of tradesman ) . Couldn't recommend The Blockage Doctor highly enough, as this week we've had so much rain- our storm drains blocked up and flooded our outdoor area, thankfully Tim answered my call and was able to attend that same day and clear the tree roots with his jet and show me the damage the tree roots had caused on his drain camera. I found the Blockage Docter reasonably priced compared to other companies when I rang around. Hopefully not too soon, but if I ever need it I will definitely use The Blockage Doctor again.

During recent heavy rain, my garage flooded 2 days in a row and my gutters overflowed into an undercover area when the downpipes backed up. I knew I had to get my drainage problem addressed asap. I googled "blocked drain cleaning Melbourne". There were plenty of big firms with big prices and then I found www.blockagedoctor.com.au . I called Tim's mobile expecting a huge wait and similar big prices and was pleasantly surprised when he said he could get here in a little over an hour and the prices quoted were significantly cheaper than the big firms. Tim immediately got to work and Ben arrived soon after. The entire storm water drainage system including all my downpipes were checked and cleaned in under 2 hours! Thats amazing considering there were several blockages found and cleared. 2 areas of damage were identified and alternatives provided to repair them. I could not be happier with the quality of their work, their prompt service and the value for money provided by Tim and Ben. Thanks guys!
