Absolutely awful. vinyl wasn't cut straight and there were large gaps in some areas and in others it didn't fit into the space correctly. Had them back twice to address the issues and they just added more and more silicone to the whole mess.

Tried to speak to [redacted due to personal identifier] and he just said that my "expectations were above what the installer could provide" and was extremely rude and unwilling to address my concerns.

In the end we agreed to have it all taken back up and it will be replaced by a more reputable organisation.
