some times get a good deal. i will always get free time at my convenience. the staff are very friendly and they give valuable advices and tips which is an appreciable thing.

Very convenient location for me, however opening hours are not as good as other gyms, especially weekend afternoons. On the plus side it is never too busy to have to wait for machines or equipment.

Friendly staff, great trainers, great variety of classes available and handy location not far from work. They have an easy to follow website and they are even on facebook! Very competative prices and they are even doing a match price deal now. Good stuff guys. Keep up the great work.
