It's such a refreshing feeling to walk into this shop, knowing that everything is vegan. They have everything you could possibly want/need!! There are health foods, not-so-health foods and toiletries. It's definitely on the steep side, but that's to be expected with such products. I wish I lived locally to here!! Special mention to their Vegan Made Delights...especially the peanut butter brittle. It is FAB! <3

I recently found the online store, I wish I lived closer to visit an in store shop. I love that this store sells only vegan and cruelty free items. It makes it very easy finding items you know are animal friendly. I purchased some shampoo and conditioner and it arrived quickly, and the products are great. I'd recommend to anyone who is animal conscious. Great idea!

I ordered some speciality vegan groceries from here, including chicken salt, shrimp paste, fish sauce and oyster sauce. The delivery was fast, but I found that the oyster sauce bottle had shattered even under the bubble wrap. Unfortunately I couldn't salvage the remains because of the broken glass pieces being mixed in with the sauce so I had to throw it out.

I took a picture and sent it by email to customer service and they said I could either have a refund of the cost of the product or they could send it again wrapped with extra padding. I chose the new delivery as it was better value. Hopefully it will arrive intact.

The products are a little pricier than non vegan items of the same thing, but maybe its just because these items are not produced as much. Best to order large because the delivery is $9.95.

Good dairy-free products. All Vegan food. All cruelty free food and products. I shop here regularly and did last month.

An amazing online vegan store. They have a great range of products, such as food, gifts, and personal care, all of which are 100% free of cruelty to animals! Very well priced, with extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quick delivery, and very fair postage prices.

The Cruelty Free shop is based online (though if you live in Haberfield I think you can pick goods up). Jessica, the woman who runs it, sources all things vegan from food and cleaning products to cosmetics and gift hampers. Stock can sell quickly, so if you see something you like, don't wait! It's a great site with great products. Easy to buy online and you can pay with Pay Pal. Purchases I have made from The Cruelty Free Shop have been well packed, delivered quickly and it's great stuff you often can't get from your regular supermarket. Jessica is great also if you have any questions about a product or your order. And, the best part of all, it's entirely cruelty free shopping! The site also supports many other animal friendly organisations and hosts a 'charity of the month' where people can donate to help other people helping animals. It makes me feel good to support a business like this. Great work!
