An excellent hairdresser, did an amazing job, friendly, courteous and very reasonably priced. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble a trim was less than $30, just totally impressed will definitely be back.

the girls at the Cutting Factory always provide a cut above the rest! I get a coffee when I arrive (they know how I like it) and I love the head massages when getting my hair washed! great service each time and price is extremely reasonable which makes me able to go back more frequently.

I have been going to this Salon for about 10 yrs or so and had always been happy with the result but the last few times have really turned me off ever going again. I had my hair cut in a great style so I took photos of every angle so I could be sure they would do it the same again, but it never happened and after about 5 tries I've given up.

When i show them the photos one of them laughed and thought it was funny that I brought it in and another time they asked if it was really me as if I couldnt possibly look that good, and another told me nobody has that haircut anymore. Well sorry but I liked it and I thought that a hairdresser would try and do what the customer wanted. The last time I showed them the photo and I had two different people doing my hair and i ended up looking nothing like what I wanted and it took 3 hrs instead of 1 1/2, at the end thay asked me what I thought so I showed them the photo again and said it doesnt look anything like it. they offered to redo it but I said I wasnt going to sit in the chair for another hour I felt I'd already spent half a day there as it was. So never again I'm gonna go somewhere else.

the staff are always friendly. I always get value for money whenever I visit this salon and am often surprised by the cost at the end. If I can't decide what style I want, Staff are always helpful and honest. I always walk out feeling like it was what I wanted all along and that they care enough to give me something that suits my shape.

These guys are great. I took my young daughter in for a hair cut and they were excellent at cutting her hair while she moved her head around! Reasonable prices and friendly and professional.
