Lovely people, very professional and friendly although I was charged almost double another quote I got. Sadly the previous plumber had a family emergency and wasn't able to make it and given the time of the year I had no choice but to go with Fawcett.

I had my handyman replace a previous toilet (back bit) and paid less than $200 for the parts. So I have to assume that Fawcell would have received a trade price and paid less than $200 for the exact same product, meaning, that I was charged $400 for labour.

Overall the staff were all such lovely people and they seem to offer a lot of services which I would have likely taken advantage of, however, $600+ to have the back section of a toilet replaced, this was a little excessive and its extremely unlikely I would use them again.

Dennis attended our property yesterday to replace two taps (mixer and garden). He explained the initial quote in great detail and we were given an excellent deal on a fitting that, at first, was beyond our limited budget. The work was done efficiently and with great professionalism. He even, very kindly, removed a filter unit and tidied up our dishwasher hose at no extra cost. On top of all that, he was extremely polite and tidy. When we eventually get around to redoing our kitchen and bathroom, we will have no hesitation in getting Fawcett in to quote the job! :-)
