turned up on time 8am assessed the job ,quoted me to install all new pipe works ,same day installation of my ducted heating system they also noticed a smell of gas coming from the gas meter they arranged that ,it was fixed before I noticed it ,professional from start to finish would recommend to anyone .

Ben and Jamie came out to fix a laundry drain at my house, they were accommodating in their arrival time, friendly and professional. I would definitely engage their services in the future.

Anzac Day and the hot water service erupted, steam pouring out the top and water flowing down the sides. What a disaster on a public holiday-there was a sticker on the tank from The Fawcett Group 24/7 all areas so I phoned. Nicholas was very helpful and after discussion we decided to isolate the unit to make it safe and someone would be out 8am next day. True to his word, Ben and Trinity arrived (Trinity is hoping for an apprenticeship after completing work experience- think she should get one too, switched on young lady). Ben took one look at the tank and said " It's had it", 17 years wasn't a bad run. A couple of phone calls , and 3 hours later the new unit was heating water. They did a great job, all three were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Nice friendly guys did a great professional job. Fawcett Plumbing cut through the concrete and raised the inspection point outside the toilet and cleared a blockage. total $750. Also had Fawcett Electrical install a combo ceiling fan/light on the same day. total $220.

WARNING WARNING WARNING. My elderly mother of 88 years old, was quoted $2465 to replace hot water unit, the unit being about $800, because they found a leak so small they couldn't find it, they quoted $2500 on top of original quote. Full cost being $4965. That was after her pensioner discount lol. On contacting them they offered to do job at same cost and 10 percent off of 2nd quote l got from Gas works. Dropping their quote by $2409. In my opinion this was yet again an attempt of an absolute rip off on one of our elderly people.

Was quoted over $900 to get a toilet drain unblocked by another plumber. Paul from Fawcett group had a look, took the toilet up and fixed the issue for $195.

Very quick attendance, job finished in a timely manner. Plumber (PaulyP) explained the whole job and waited around to make sure all leaks were fixed. Will definitely use again in the future.

Just had a Braemar wall furnace put in to replace a Convair Finesse LPG model. The gas fitter BEN did an excellent and I would recommend him for any work. He had all the tools he required and didn't have to keep flitting of to get something that was missing as happens a lot these day< Kerry

When seeking a quote to replace the hot water service, they were able to come out on the same day. Provided information about alternatives which assisted with our decision. Was able to organise installation within the next few days. All workmen were very friendly and efficient.

Had Ben and Courtney out to provide us advice on some leaks and to replace a couple of loos - really friendly guys, didn't mind our dogs barking the house down at them, and provided expert advice that was genuinely geared to give us the best option for what we needed, rather than whatever was priciest. Water leak advised overnight and plumber came early next morning on hottest day of the year and all was fixed before 9.30am. We have always had excellent service from this group and they are always amenable.

Ben came to the rescue when our drains blocked up. I was so surprised at how fast he arrived when I made the call to request a plumber to come out.

The laundry trough blocked oh no panic stations as we are house sitting . We tried to unblock it but it leaked . More panic we tried a few times to screw the plastic joins but to no avail. Had to move the kitty litter tubs and shut the cats away ,much to their chargrin .A few phone calls and we found Troy C . He was punctual and found it was still blocked in the floor drain this time wasn’t the trough at all so it had to be blown out . After all the stress and panic it’s fixed thank you Troy C a job well done .
